Notes Missing For This Trip
I didn’t write any notes for this trip hello??
Bumpy Flights And Quirky Hotels
The only reason I had this trip was because someone reached out to me and asked if I wanted to swap my reserve days for this and two redeyes they had. I was in the shower when they texted lol. Very nice trip! I’m writing this a day after again (I need to lock in!), so I won’t remember everything… but it was a good trip! The first two flights were pretty easy, but busier than to my liking. When we got to the shuttle, M thought the driver wasn’t waving at us, but he was 😂. The hotel was… quirky in ways I didn’t like. No hangers in the open closet, bed was too squishy, pillows weren’t great, sink was close to the wall of the sink… lol. Also the gym was very small with only dumbbells, two benches, and cardio equipment. The flight from Rochester to Atlanta was buuuuumpy, so we did a modified service. I carried the snacks in a drawer by hand, and then we did water walks with drawers. On the sit, I got the Chinese restaurant in the B gates, but it was SUPER meh. Shoulda gotten a wrap from the healthy looking place. M and R got Paschal’s. M gave me her corn bread (so nice of her!) and it slapped! On the flight back on the 75nasty, L was jumpseating (he sat in the back section) and H was non revving! She sat in 13B… something or other? That flight was pretty easy, and we were done relatively quickly since it wasn’t full. The rest of the time, I chatted with M in the back mostly, and some with the others!
Girls into me and other nice pax
When I got to the KCM line, there was a pilot in front of me, and we both found out that we were both going to Cincinnati! This was M, the FO. He is originally from Tanzania. He said that normally, with names, they always put an e at the end, so my name would be P. He recently became a new dad! He also moved here recently. He said he had a kid before, but he wasn't really in that kid's life, so this kid now is sort of his first. The flights were all pretty fine! Nothing really of note that I remember, except on the second flight. On the flight from CVG to MSP the first day there were these girls that were apparently into me hah. L, C, and S (who said she works at a cafe). They asked for a picture. They were very precious and cute! They said that they thought I was funny, and S said that I have a laugh that just makes her smile and want to laugh too! So cute! A really wanted me to give my Instagram handle or something, but I felt that I probably shouldn't for some reason. The reason was that they seemed rather young. I wrote a blurb about the layover, obviously, but basically it was a chill but productive time, and I Ubered to Planet Fitness. The third day was also pretty easy! Actually, on all of these flights, we didn't have to do a coffee or water walk once, since they were all under 900 miles. Amazing! It was kind of bumpy today though. Lots of bumps. On one of the flights (I don't remember which one right now), we had to actually stop and pull the cart back to wait out some of the bumps. On the last flight, we had this man (I don't remember who he was) in the back. At one point I saw him talk about flight radar, so I mentioned flighty and was showing it to him. He then said that he is very into aviation or flies a lot or something? Because that led him to show me his private plane. 😂 I said yo! He said, "Shh, don't tell anybody" 😂 It turns out that he and his family have a business where they supply lots of concrete to different people. They are based in D, so they have money. 😂 At the very end of the flight, he told us that my airline is the best, and he was being very nice, as well as his wife and his mom. 😊 There was also a jump-seater named T who ended up getting a seat. She was very nice 😊 There was also another FA who was sitting in premium who was also sweet but didn't talk at all 😂 There are also two pilots who were non-revving as well, as we left the plane. Val, A, the two pilots, and I were all chatting as we left. One of the pilots parks in Terminal 2 and said that the bus isn't actually that bad. I told them I might think about it, but eventually, when I got outside to the employee shuttle, it definitely looked like too much, too many people. Not interested. Oh, but also, as we left into the outside by the baggage claim, I saw H and someone else who I haven't met yet by the AFA table. I said bye to the others, and I was chatting with them for a little bit. Nice time 😊
